    Luis Manuel Alí Herrera is a Colombian Catholic religious, theologian, psychologist and professor, born in the city of Barranquilla, on May 8, 1967.

    In 1978 he carried out his ecclesiastical, philosophical and theological studies at the Major Seminary of Bogotá.
    Already on November 28, 1992, he was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Bogotá, by the then metropolitan archbishop "Monsignor" Mario Rebollo Bravo.
    In 2003 he obtained a degree in Theology from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá.
    In 2006 he went to Italy, where he graduated in Psychology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.
