Ferdinand Magellan is born to Don Roy de Magalhas and Dona Alda. His name in Hispanol is Fernao de Magalhaes. He was born near the city of Porto. He was well educated in his early years and was sent to the palace as a servant in his later years.

Ferdinand Magellan takes part in atrip to Morocco. He has a Serious disagreement with the officer in Command and leaves the service without any prior permission.

Failed Sailed request

May 23, 1513

Ferdinand Magellan asks permission from King Manuel of Portugal to sail to the Mollucas. But hearing the reports from Morocco, the King oof Portugal refuses. after the denied request, he continues his studies in Portugal, but fails to gain favor of the Portugeeses court, and therefore, renounces his position in the Portugeese government.

Bye Bye Portugal, hello Spain

After a failed sailed foiled boiled reques to the King of Portugal, Ferdinand Magellan heads to the Nighboring Country of Spain.

Ferdinand Magellan convinces the King of Spain that he should let Ferdinand sail. Ferdinand says he will go to the Mollucas around the Western side and find a way through the new world, and reach the Mollucas.
