The confusion of passes between provinces was solved by this act. It made passbooks required everywhere.

Group Area Act No. 36

This Act was to separate the races even further. Creating certain areas for each race. It was not a discriminatory legislation but the was it was carried out proved it to be advantageous to whites

Prohibition of Mixed Marriages Act No. 21

Mar 27, 1968

Acting further on the Immorality act. Blacks and whites are now no longer able to have relations even marital status.

Admissions of Persons According to the Republic Regulation Act No. 59

consolidated the laws preventing people permission into the republic or any its provinces

Abolition of Racially Based Land Measures Act No. 108

Jun 30, 1991

Repeals the Black Land Act of 1913 and promotes desegregation of the country. Allowing people to leave the "homelands".

Births and Deaths Registration Act No. 51

Oct 1, 1992

Allowed the births and deaths of blacks to be recorded in government files.

South African Citizenship Act No. 88

Oct 6, 1995

Provides Citizenship to Blacks.
