    This law was called "The Law for Terminating the Suffering People and Nation". This act allowed them to pass any law, write any decree, and do almost anything they wanted. The act provided backing for dictatorship.
  • Jewish Boycott

    Jewish Boycott
    The Jewish boycott was a boycott against all Jewish businesses. The preparation for the boycott was publicized. Posters were put up and announcements went out in newspapers.
  • Aryan Law

    Aryan Law
    The Aryan Law was an Anti- Jewish law. This meant that anyone who was non- aryan was expelled from the civil service. Between this time and the end of the year Jewys were effected and almost every profession they could not be involved in.
  • Berlin Book Burning

    Berlin Unversity students burned over 70,000 tons of books before they were done. The books were written by Jewish people, they referred to them as "undesirable writers".
  • Nuremberg Laws

    The Nuremberg Law came in two parts. The first was "The Law for Protecting German Blood and German Honor". The second was "The Reich Citizenship Law". Jews could not have any relations with Germans. Jews were also not aloud to represent Germany.

    This event is called the Night of Broken Glass because glass bottles were thrown at Jewish owned establishments. This occured on November 9th 1938.
