Anson Jones is born on January 20th, 1798 in Great Barrington, Massachusets.

Ansons Jones graduates from Oneida, New York Medical Society. After graduation he becomes a physician and lives as a peaceful mild-mannered doctor.

In responce from his lack of success as a physician he gives up his life as a doctor and moves to New Orleans as a Merchant.

Anson travels to Texas and becomes a successful physician. He serves as a surgeon in the Texas Revolution.

Anson becomes the fourth and final president of Texas.

After a long silence, Anson displays his opinion of staying an independent nation. This angers many already angry people and they began to threaten him with lynching and overthrowing the government.

He is in a horse riding accident which disables his left arm. He begins a downward spiral into a state of serious mental and physical sickness. He is haunted by his rejection by the people and develops a growing hatred for Sam Houston. He believes that someday he will be recognized for his achievements towards Texas's statehood.
