Worcester v. Georgia
Georgia were forcefully moving the Cherokee tribe out of their homes, so the Cherokee took their case to the Sumpreme Court in the case Worcester v. Georgia. The Cheif Justice John Marshall ruled in favor of Worcester but Jackson did not enforce Marshall's ruling challenging Marshall to "enforce it himself." -
Bank War
Andrew Jackson did not like the Second Bank of the United States, nor its president Nicholas Biddle. Jackson thought the bank was too powerful, so when the bank came to be rechatered he vetoed the bill and held true to his declaration of, "I will kill it."
