Worcester v. Georgia
It was argued from February 20, 1832 to March 23, 1832. Samuel Worcester argued that being on Native American lands without a license was unconstitutional. This was controversial because many white settlers wanted to settle in Indian land and they were being removed anyways. -
Nullification Crisis
March 11, 1833 was the second time the Nullification Convention was meeting and they repealed the November Nullification Ordinance on March 15, 1833.
