    The Election of 1824 was an election between Andrew Jackson, democrat, John Adams, whig, Henry Clay, whig, and William Crawford, democrat. Jackson won the popular vote and no one won the electoral vote. The House of Representatives decided on who would win and they elected John Adams. John Adams won the election because Henry Clay told the representatives to vote for Adams that is why it was called a " Corrupt Bargain".

South Carolina declared the tariff illegal and passed the Nullification Act. South Carolina threathened to secede or withdraw from the nation, but in the end, Henry Clay compromised and lowered the tax and gave president more power to stop a secedement.

    The case, Worcester v. Georgia, was about the Natives having the right to stay in the lands of Georgia or get removed. Worcester agreed on the idea that Natives should stay in Georgia, while Georgia did not like that. The supreme court declared unconstitutional the idea that Georgia can remove the natives from their lands unless they have a license from the state. Worcester won the case.

    The Bak of the United States was created by Alexander Hamilton. The purpose of the bank was to regulate economic policies. Jackson did not like the bank becuse he thought it had too much power and was a monopoly. Jackson vowed that he would kill it and so he did. In result, Jackson vetoed the charter of the bank of the US.
