It is said that Clay persuaded the house to make Adama when. Andrew Jackson was furious when he realized this but could do nothing about it for he couldn't prove it.

    The nullification crisis began with a tariff. As always, it only affected the southerners. Eventually, cause of the tariff, South Carolina threatened to secede if the tariff wasn't dropped. Clay compromised by lowering the tariff and giving the president power to attack a state if they seceded.

    This was a court case indians had against the state of Georgia because Georgia was trying to remove them from their land. Well, the supreme court ruled against Georgia, but Andrew overuled them saying Georgia had a right to kick them off their land.
