He was in his second term as a president. Mr. William was at the Buffalo Pan-American Exposition when an anarchist shot him two times. Eight days later, he passed on.

    The Wright brothers Wilbur and Orvillie took their first flight in the air. They used warping technology and wings that changed to do so. On December 17, they successfully took flight. This then led to the invention of the modern day airplane later on.

Then decided the United States should join the war mainly because he wanted to “make the world safe for democracy.” He was a leader of the Progressive Movement. He was an advocate for women’s suffrage and promised to help African Americans.
