On July 24,1897, Amelia earhart was born. She was the 2nd child born in her family. -
First plane in sky
On July 18,1907, Amelia saw the wrights brother's biplane in the sky for the first time. That's when she started to be interesting in flying. -
Moving back
On May 8 1909, the family moved back to Des Moines and she begun seventh grade. -
Graduation
In 1916, Amelia graduated from Hyde Park High School. Later, she attendended junior college at Ogontz School. -
First Flight
In 1920, She attenended flying lessons and flew the "Cancock." -
Crossing the Alantic Ocean
In 1931, she crossed the Alantic Ocean solo in the air. -
Crossing the Paific Ocean
In 1935, Amelia croswsed the pacific ocean in the air solo. -
Amelia disappears
In 1937, Amelia disappeared around the Howland Island. No one knows were she crashed and if she's alive or dead.
