  • Japan Invades Manchuria

    Japan took over all cities near South Manchura Railway. Japan easily progressed through China without any major resistance.

  • Italy attacks Ethiopia

    Referred to as the Second Italo-Ethiopian war. Began in October 1935 and ended inMay 1936

  • Germany occupies Rhineland

    These acrions violated the Treaty of Versialles and Locarno treaties. This also was the first time that German troops had been in this area since WWI

  • Japan invades China

    Also known as Second Sino-Japanese War. Bagan on July 7th 1937 and ended September 9th 1945

  • Germany annexes Austria

    Known as Anchluss. Austria was invaded by the Third Reich on March 12 1938

  • Germany takes Sudetenland

    Considered to be one of the onsets of WW2. Also considered to be a move towards the invasion of Chackolslovakia

  • Germany seizes Czechoslovakia

    Munich Pact was signed and considered to be what sealed the fate of Czechoslovakia.

  • Italy conquers Albania

    Occured from April 7th to April 12th.
