    League of Nations fail to respond proving that the League of Nations has failed and is no longer the power they used to be

    Austria was given little choice to accept this union called Anschulss

  • Hitler Brings Sudentenland into his Reich

    Western Czechoslovakia, mainly occupied by enthic Germans brought under German rule

  • Nazi-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact

    Germany and the Soviet Union will not show aggression toward each other. Both Nations also agreed to invade and divide Poland and recognize each other's territorial ambitions

  • Hitler sends blitzkreig troops to Poland

    Hit Poland form three directions causing Poland to fall, sparking war with Britain and France

    In an attempt to control the canal, Germany fought many skirmishes with the British

    The two countries almost feel immediatly due too the non aggression pact with the Soviet Union freed Hitler to send his army west

  • Hitler Attacks France

    Attacked through the Ardennes ripping a hole in the French line heading toward the English Channel. Britain attakced with France but France was forced to surrender.

  • Hitler Sends Troops to Netherlands, Luxemborg, and Belgium

    The small nations fell immediatly, and made Nazi Germany seem invincible

  • Miracle at Dunkirk

    Germany, Britain, and France Fight. Although the British army escaped the Germans took Paris and forced the French to surrender in the same railway car that the French had used for the German surrender in 1918.

  • Battle of Britain

    Fought in the air over the English Channel .Britian lost 1,000 planes while Germany lost 1,700. Britian survived which lead Hitler to postpone war with Britian indefinatly.

  • Germany invades Vichy France

    Germany takes control of main part of France and leaves Vichy under Nazi Control
