    The soil conservation act took place in 1935 slight to control floods, aimed to protect public lands and people as well as reduce unemploymen. This was due to the federal government owning up to its part and destruction that caused wind erosion and reducing water. It was designed as a relief due to the lack of crops and issues from the dust bowl.

    This began a major revolution of agricultural technology. From moving away from horses and beginning to use tractors. The ability to raise how much they could harvest per acre. And then beginning to use machinery to harvest more then they had been able to do the old ways. This was a time when the tools provided to farmers greatly helped their productivity.

    The food security act lowered commodity pricing and income supports. Also established a diary buy out program. These changes we in place to allow food for low income housing. It also places mandates on farmers to enforce landowners to have farm like conservation. It placed regulations to allow food prices didn’t say rocket.

    The federal agricultural improvement and reform act made a “deal” with farmers feeling them they would expand export markets and reduce farming restrictions. So I’m turn it was coined the freedom farm act. It did offer seven year production flexibility contract payments. Within that it allowed for fixed rates independent of the market prices.
