I started working for ERAU at the Daytona Beach campus in the summer of 2005 as an Administrative Assistant in the Bursar's Office. I provided excellent customer service to students, parents and staff over the phone, in person and in writing. I provided administrative support to the business department.

I transferred over to the ERAU Worldwide campus as a Senior Academic Advisor in the Online Campus. While there, I ensured excellent customer service for students beginning with the application process through their first enrollment in a course. Rendered admission decisions, advised and counseled students. Monitored fee schedules and demonstrated a proactive involvement in enrollment numbers for the department.

Started my year long Practicum/Internship first at The Children's Advocacy Center. Completed 400 hours toward my requirement of completing my M.S. degree. I counseled children and families who have experienced trauma, including formulation of biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans.

I was contracted to ensure excellent customer service for students by monitoring each online course. I worked closely with quality control managers to guarantee that students receive feedback in a timely manner and full participation of course instructors was maintained.

Finished my year long Practicum/Internship at Stewart-Marchman Act Behavioral Healthcare. Completed 300 hours toward my requirements to obtain my M.S. degree. I counseled adolescent girls who were transitioning from a residential treatment facility to home life. In addition, I developed the transition counseling program for the adolescent girls treatment facility.
