    SU dictator who was in rule during WWII and after. Very evil man who also conducted the great purge and killed millions of people.
    Significant because even though we weren't on the best terms with Russia, we made deals with him to try to end the war.

    Signifcant because it is a major country that is civil with the US and is a huge source of our manufacturing

    Fought between North and South Korea, North Korea was trying to imperialize South to be communist but South fought back, US helped South.
