The Wedding of Logan and Janie
Sol and Bonnie are told of a wedding while up in Eatonville for a small vacation. They decide to attend the wedding and meet Janie afterward. She and Logan have dinner with them a few nights later. Bonnie notices that Logan seems a bit overbearing toward Janie and that she does not seemed excited about the marriage. She decides to keep this to herself and tells Sol on the way back to Palm Beach. -
A Party of Stolen Money
Sol, on his way back to Miami for a visit, takes another route through the Everglades and stumbles upon the houses where Janie is residing with Tea Cake. While he is there, Tea Cake invites him to the party he throws. When Tea Cake apologises to Janie he mentions a fellow named Sol, who Janie remembers from Eatonville. Sol had to leave the next day and promised he would visit on his way back in a few days. -
Recollecting
On his way back from Miami, he visits Janie and Tea Cake like he promised. Both Janie and Sol recount what has happened to them since they last met. Sol leaves the next day to go back to his house near Okeechobee. -
Death Evaded
Instead of staying in the house at Okeechobee, they leave to go back to Miami. They are able to evade the worst of the Okeechobee Hurricane of 1928. They go back to the house when the storm fully passes and see that It is completely gone due to the flood waters. Sol states how he is depressed about the house but thankful that he still has Bonnie. They decide to build a better house where the last one was. Everything after this point is changed. -
A Son
Sol and Bonnie have a boy whom Sol names Robert. He calls him Rob and due to their status, they have a happy life as a family. -
A State of Relief
Rob enlists in the relief efforts for Germany after WW2. Due to the lack of food, the Allies enlist people with farming knowledge. Rob has spent his entire life dealing with crops and decides to go to Germany. -
An Unlikely Encounter
When Rob gets to Germany he is sent with a few other farmers to Himmel Street which is beginning to be rebuilt. There he meets three people who were helping with the rebuilding. Their names were Alex Steiner, Max Vandenburg, and Liesel Meminger. -
Back to La Florida
It has been a year since Rob met Liesel, Max, and Alex. During which, Liesel's house, along with the rest of Himmel street, has been rebuilt. They all stay together one evening and recount their stories. Later that Month, Rob leaves Germany with a promise to return one day. -
Death Collects Again
Death comes to Florida to collect the lives of Sol and Bonnie after an unfortunate car crash. At the funeral, Rob meets a beautiful woman named Mary who was helped by Sol's efforts in Miami. -
One Lavish Wedding
Rob proposes to Mary and they have a lavish wedding attended by Toby Cypress. He expresses his dissatisfaction of the state of Florida to Rob but ultimately sends them his best wishes. -
Going Back
Rob and Mary decide to go to Germany on their honeymoon. During which they visit with Liesel again. -

Conclusion
Rob and Mary later have a daughter named Lisa who marries a man named James Smith, ending the MacIvey Name. Rob and Mary die later on and James and Lisa continued to help preserve Florida with the money to the legendary MacIvey name.
