Battle of Antietam
After Lee's Victory at Bull Run he decided to led his troops into enemy territory, Maryland. McClellan had the advantage of knowing Lee's battle plan so he decided to intercept them at Antietam. That day one of the boodiest battles occur in which over 22,000 men were killed. The Union took this blattle as a victory.
