The Albany Plan of Union was significant to the road to the revolution because it created unity between the colonies which would be vitlal in future rebellions.

After their victory, Britain set standards for the colonists and treated them unfairly with the burden of taxes an not allowing military ranking above captain to any colonists. Generally, this upset the colonist and created tensions between Britain that would become a catalyst for later events.

French military leaders surrendered but major generalswere lost from Britain and a number of soldiers died. This angered the colonists because they felt that this attack was unecessary and could have been prevented. However, like usual, the colonists had little to no say over military rule.

Like many other laws, they felt that after fighting with the British and proving their loylaty to the crown, that they didn't need this act in order to serve Britain: they felt that this act made it seem that they were untrustworthy.

Like all the other taxes, the colonies reactied negatively and boycotted and rioted over unfair taxation without representation. They wanted their voices to be heard and they felt as though that wasn't going to happen without retaliation.

Paul Revere depictes this picture that tousands of colonists saw and thought to be as murder.

When two groups from each apposing force met, a random and unexpected shot was fired which caused warfare. "The Shot Heard Round the World" was the spark that basically created the Revolutionary War between Britain and the colonists.

    Overall, there were several events taht catalyzed the inevitable Revolutionary War between Britain and the colonists. Mainly, the colonists felt they were being "bullied" by Britain through numerous taxes, duties, and the fact that they had little say in any laws.
