    Types of Warranties

Written Warranties - not required by law but most big purchases have them, they also have more specific requirement on how to go through with fulfilling what the warranty offers and its important to read them
Spoken Warranties - spoken warranties are tricky because if a salesperson makes a promise and you don't get it in writing you might not get exactly what was promised
Implied Warranties - state law decides what these entail fully but a general rule of thumb is if its broken its covered by it
