    Observe in classrooms accross the school. Compare and contrast varying dispositions and styles. What do I notice here? Use observation sheet from MT.

    Gather any planning from classroom teacher that may help with report and appropriate to focus area
  • Artefacts

    Continue to gather as many artefacts (photos, notes, resources, interviews) as possible to help lead up to report one
  • PD/Staff Meetings

    Continue to talk with teachers and attend any team or staff PD meeting appropriate that can help with my development in this area.

    Copy any resources needed and appropriate
  • Report One

    Gather any notes, interviews, photographs needed before handing in report one
  • Report One due

    Ccntinue to document my development in pedagogical understanding
  • Provide Research

    Provide further understanding through researching appropriate readings and resources

    Respond to information and feedback from report one through report two
  • Post Observation debrief

    Take time post observation to set up a debrief with the classroom teacher to discuss and wonderings and questions I may have about the lesson/s
  • Communicate with staff

    Continue to talk and have discussions with staff about developing understanding of the pedagogy in this focus area. Attend any relevant meetings that may hekp with this.
  • COllect Artefacts

    Collect as many artefacts as possible to support the lead up to report two and notebook
  • Report Two and Notebook Due

  • Document development in pedagogy

    Document development in pedagogy. Reflect back to first understandings and observe how far understanding has come. Document this.
  • Personal growth

    Document evidence of personal growth, including critical reflection and self-reflection
  • Presentation

    Create IT presentation to showcase my new understanding and pedagogy in this focus are. Share this with staff in my SBL community.
