Louis Braille (1800's) Invented Braille as a form of raised dots that is read with your fingers, has been embossed on paper. Its the The basis of the various braille codes for the world's natural languages is a straightforward assignment of most of the dot patterns to letters of the alphabet, punctuation marks and other symbols. This is a form of communciation because it allows people who are unable to see to glide their fingers across the page and read the raised dots as words. -
Computer
The computer was invented by Charles Babbage, it was designed to carry out calculations of a modern computer and print results. The computer is a device bascially to used to store information and data. Its a useful source to use because its very much needed for jobs, and schools, etc it also keeps you connected to the world and other people. -
Morse Code
Invented by Samuel F.B Morse in 1836 Morse Code is a secret language that soldiers used when sending messages overseas. This invention is a form of communication because, it allowed soldiers to communicate between each other. Morse code is more of verbal communication, and written and these are two forms of communication in Morse Code. -
Telegraph
Samuel F.B. Morse is generally credited with making the first practical telegraph in 1837. Although many researchers had worked on similar projects to Morse, his was the first instrument that could successfully send messages across wires utilizing electricity. -
Mail box
The first U.S. letter box (where the public could leave its letters) sanctioned by the United States Postal Service was patented on March 9, 1858 by Albert Potts
Before that, in the early 1800's, most letters in the U.S. were taken to the Post Office to be mailed where recipients also retrieved their mail, which they did for years. This is a form of communcation because because its a connection between the carrier and the person receiving the mail and also gettin written communication. -
Traffic light
The very first traffic light was a revolving gas latern with red and green lights installed in a London intersection in 1868, before the advent of automobiles. A later version of the traffic light based on railroad signals was installed in Detroit , Michigan in 1920. This explains about the traffic light and how it influenced our live today. Without the use of a traffic light being able to communicate to the drivers telling them to go or stop or slow down, It would be a lot harder for people. -

Christopher Sholes in 1868. A typewriter is a mechanical or electromechanical device with a set of keys that, when pressed, cause characters to be printed on a medium, usually paper. From their invention before 1870 through much of the 20th century, typewriters were indispensable tools for many professional writers and in business offices. This is a form of communication because its more of the person on the typewriter relating to written communication. -

Invented by Alexander Graham Bell, he conceived of the telephone at his summer home in Bradford, Ontario and physically created his first phone in Boston, Massachusetts. This was a result of improving the telegraph system. ( March of 1876). The telephone relates in communicating because, it allows people to talk among one another that transmits and receives sound most commonly to the human voice. -

Emilie Berliner in 1876.A microphone is a device for converting acoustic power into electric power that has essentially similar wave characteristics. Microphones convert sound waves into electrical voltages that are eventually converted back into sound waves thru speakers. They were first used with early telephones and then radio transmitter. This invention is a form of communicating because you communicate through this device to be heard and also consume information being told. -

n 1879, he discovered that if electric current passed through a thin thread off carbon in a glass vacuum, it becomes hot, giving off a brilliant light. Then, for use with this electric light , he developed a complete electrical distribution system. In 1878, he formed the Edison Light Company . Electricity would be a form of communication because electricity is a form of energy produced by movement of electrons it communicates to what our brain and eyes see. -

Robin Watson Watt is giving credit for the radar. . The first experimentations into what we would define as radar came in 1888 when Heinrich Hertz discovered that radio waves could be bounced off objects. The Radar is a communication device because it refers to the radio waves. -

In 1913 Edwin H. Armstrong .Its analog, its another form of space. Without this communication device a lot of us wouldn't be able to communicate with most of our communication devices that we have now. Its a useful source to many things. -

John Larson invented the modern lie detector or polygraph machine in 1921. This is a form of a communication device because it's the use of a form of communication using the internet accompanied with an individual. -
Television
Philo T. Fransworth who researched the television picture transmission and developed the dissector tube, which is the basic element of all current electronic televisions. Finally it was Philo T. Fransworth who became the first inventor to transmit a television image in 1927. Which means he invented the television as a source to watch images and listen to shows like how people listened to radio sitecoms in earlier years. -

Invented by Al Gross he patented them in 1938. This device involves communication because its consumer to consumer use. Consumer to consumer use means your able to communicate between each other and recieve the same information from your ear to the other person's. -

Geroge Eash invented a cartridge design in 1954 by the 1967 model year, all of the ford's vehicles offered this tape player upgrade option. The eight track tape communicates with the listeners listening to music ,this is an invention that can be done without but is this form of communication it was something useful to have so you can listen to music back then. -

The computer mouse was invented by Douglas Englebart, Its designed to form a sort of communication from your hand to the computer. Basically this means that the computer mouse is a type of signal because your hand is the one guiding the mouse to the direction you want it to go. -

The email is an important use of communication because it allows people to communicate with one another like the telephone. E-mail communication also creates a psychological space in which pairs of people or groups of people interact. -

Doctor Martin Cooper invented the modern cell phone. He invented the technology responsible for the cell phone when he was the Director of Research and Development at Motorola. Dr. Martin Cooper is also known as the first person to make a call on a cell phone. The cell phone is also a useful source because it communicates among others like the telephone and without digital waves we wouldn't be able to access the internet. -

Tim Berners- Lee and Robert Cailliua in 1990. The world wide web relates in communicating because without the internet people wouldn't be able to talk among each other through the computer. Because the internet has forms of communication which branch out across the spectrum of sharing information. -

Guglielmo Marconi was an inventor that introduced the practicability of radio communication. His first radio signal was sent across the English Channel. And in the year 1902, the letter S was telegraphed from England to Newfoundland. It was the first triumphant transatlantic radiotelegraph. Just like the eight track tape the radio communicates to the ears of the listener. -

Invented by Gunther Greulich the gps system is A GPS microphone, which is adapted for incorporating a communication system, includes a speaker-microphone set, a radio frequency transmitter communicatively networked with the communication system through radio frequency signals. The gps is a form of communication because it relates to communicating to the driver and identifying location.
