the cops go to eddies house and take him to jail. why did eddie stay in jail for such a short time? -

eddie's dad talks to his boss and gets a lawyer to help eddie -

marcus took a deal that he would be home in nineteen months.marcus had a week to report to jail and that was just enough time to play the city championship game. -

eddie wants marcus to keep quite about him being his partner in the robbings because he doesnt want to get in much trouble. why wont eddie take his punishment for the part he did instead of marcus takeing all of it?
