    Sony’s J-phone came out with the first camera phone. The camera had a maximum resolution of 0.11 megapixels a 256-color display, this helped because photos could be shared wireless.
  • ITunes is released

    ITunes is released
    Apple’s iTunes was released and was only supported on the Mac operating system. This allowed users to download songs from their CD’s and upload them to iTunes. Less than a week after its launch, over one million songs were downloaded
  • The Roomba

    The Roomba
    IRobot introduced the first Roomba. It was an autonomous cleaning vacuum. The price for this at that time was $199.95.
  • Nintendo Wii

    Nintendo Wii
    When the Nintendo Wii was introduced, it offered more interaction with the games being played. The Wii Remote combined advanced gesture recognition into gaming, using accelerometer and optical sensor technologies to interact with the user.
  • Hulu was founded

    Hulu was founded
    Hulu was founded between US media giants Disney-ABC Television Group, Fox Broadcasting and NBC Universal. It allowed users to stream content on-demand. Hulu also had their own original shows.
