    The Warren Court was a time period where Earl Warren was Cheif Justice. Earl Warren and the supreme court were a key part in revolutionizing America during the 50's and 60's. Some key racial trials were held such as Brown V. the board of education and Miranda V. Arizona. Earl Warren was also a part of the investigation of Kennedy's assassination.

    This is one remarkable step for the Civil Rights movement. This case found that the segregation of public schools is unconstitutional. Plessy V Ferguson was removed, because the court found that seperate would always be unequal.

    Kennedy's sworn in
    Kennedy was sworn in on January 20th, 1961. Kennedy was a new type of president, young, energetic, and charismatic. Kennedy's victory over Nixon showed the importance of appearence along with leadership ability.

    Bay of Pigs Invasion
    As a new president, Kennedy signed off on a CIA planned invasion into Cuba to overthrow Castro. Sadly the invaders were poorly trained Cuban exiles that botched the invasion. The CIA involvement was not supposed to be released, and if the invasion went right it would have looked like a simple revolution. This is a black mark on Kennedy's presidency, and a rough start for a young president.

    Although these dates may vary a little bit, these are the approximated dates in which the Berlin Wall was created and destroyed. The crisis started after a meeting with Kennedy and Khrushchev in which both left very angry. Khrushchev wanted less military in East Germany, claiming America wanted war, this brought great tension. Soon enough a wall was being constructed and the problem increased even more.

When faced with a possible nuclear war, where the best case scenario seemed serious conflict and war, President Kennedy earned his stripes. The ability to stay cool and avoid war without taking a step back was the unlikely outcome that Kennedy was able to achieve.

    Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated Kennedy in Texas. The actual motives and truth behind the assassination are still questioned to this day because Oswald was killed before he could stand in trail. The effect of Kennedy's death spread across the nation, touching most of the people in the country.

    Johnson's presidency was important for a couple reasons. He had to stabalize the country after the assassination of Kennedy and try to pass serious legislation during his short shortened time in office. Johnson was able to work with congress to help pass projects that Kennedy was unable to.

    Miranda V. Arizona
    In this strange case, Miranda was charged with a crime and confessed completely to every bit of his crime. However Miranda argued in court that he was not told his rights, which ended up in the supreme court lead by Earl Warren. Miranda won in this case, allowing his confession to be thrown out.

    One of the greatest moments in space travel history, the landing of men on the moon. America took the lead in the space race, proving around the world that anything is possible in this new world. Apollo 11 was only another step in space history, but a revolutionary one at that.
