At 12:30pm when Kennedy was fatally shot while traveling with his wife Jacqueline, Texas Governor John Connally, and Connally's wife Nellie, in a presidential motorcade. He was killed Lee Harvey Oswald who was the n assassinated by Jack Ruby before he could stand trial.

Australia was one of the last countires to change their money system. Pounds, shillings and pence was changed to dollars and cents. The new system was a lot easier and saved money and time.

The first heart transplant was peformed by Christiaan Barnard on Louis Washkansky who was suffering from diabetes and deadly heart disease. The operation was a success but the man died 18 days later from pneumonia becuase he took drugs that weakened his immune system.
