  • Beginning of the first Industrial Revolution

    The industrial revolution, which took place between 1750-1900, was a period of great change for Britain. There were huge technological impacts on every aspect of life. These technological impacts were happening during the time that the British Empire was growing. Not all of the changes were positive changes, for example the coal mines in particular were difficult and dangerous.

    The British people came to Australia, during the time 1803. because captain cook discovered a new island, they also discovered that there were people on the island and because they wanted to claim the land they killed the aboriginals and tried to breed them out because they were black
  • End of the Napoleon Wars

    After the Allies entered Paris in 1814, Napoleon abdicated and was exiled to the island of Elba. He returned to France in March 1815 and rebuilt his army, but he was defeated by Allies forces under the duke of Wellington and Gebhard Leberecht von at the battle of waterloo on june 18th only then the war ended
  • End date of the Age Revolution

    revolutions of 1848, series of republican revolts against European monarchies, beginning in Sicily and spreading to France, Germany, Italy, and the Austrian Empire. They all ended in failure and repression and were followed by widespread disillusionment among liberals
  • The date of the shootout at Stringybark Creek

    On the 26th of October while searching for the Kelly gang, four policemen were camped at Stringybark Creek. The gang came upon the police camp shots were fired. The Kelly gang shot three of the policemen dead.
  • Beginning date of the Boxer Rebellion

    The Date of the Battle of Beersheba took place on 31 October 1917 as a part of the wider British offensive known as the third battle of Gaza. The final phase of this all day battle was the famous mounted charge of the 4th Light Horse Brigade.
