    The magna Carta was the first document ever written that guarenteed rights to citizens. it showed that not ever country can dominate their country and everyone can be created equal.

    this was the first document written by plymouth colony. this document was written by the pilgrims that crossed the atlantic to reach mayflower. it was signed by 41 of the 102 passengers.

    the petition of rights was written to King Charles complaining about the laws being passed. it was importand because though he read it he did not change any of the laws causing more hatred toward the King and later leading to war.

    it was known to be the "shot heard around the World." it affected everone not just the british and the 13 colonies. the shot slowed down britain causing britain to flee after the americans were waiting for them in Concord. everything ended with Paul Ravere's famous ride, "the british are coming!"
