    Jim provides art department with house ads.
    Jim has created Text Ads using a free online program called Wordle to save the Art Deparment from time and resources for this.

  • Editors pick an issue for a TWC house ad

    Ask each of the wound care Managing Editors (Barb, Mike, Jeff and Jim) to pick a page or a 1/2 page house ad for The TWC Sub Drive, in either their March or April issues.
  • Banner Ads sent to Web team

    Jim provides Banner Ads that he created on Wordle to the Web team.
    Banner ads will promote the TWC Subscription deal and be placed on the OWM, TWC, WOUNDS, SAWC and PT sites.
  • Film Promo Videos

    I would like to shoot quick video promotional interviews in the office with Bill Norton, JB, PN
  • 1st Eblast

    Schedule Eblast promoting the Special Issue included with Subscriptions deal. With Web team to go out to TWC, OWM, WOUNDS, PT, ECPN, and SAWC lists.
  • Promotional Videos Posted to Sites

    The inhouse promotional videos will be completely edited and ready to add to the TWC, SAWC, Wounds, PT and OWM websites.
  • TWC Site Design Completed

    Fred says TWC Site Redesign scheduled to be 80 % Completed at this point.
    Subscription Back End connecting with Quickfill not completed.
  • Update from Circulation

  • Micro Site Created

    Have Web department Create a Micro Site for the State of the Industry Report. This will be used to recruite advertisers for this special issue. It will also be used to promote the $1500 sale of the report.
  • 2nd Promotional Eblast

    Have Web send out second eblast promoting the deal included with subscription orders and promoting the relaunch of TWC.
  • Art Dept Creates Info Sheet

    Have the Art Department create info sheet for the TWC Sub Deal.
    To be stuffed in every bag at SAWC.
    *We can run these off in house to save costs.
  • 3rd Eblast

    Third and final eblast promoting the subscription promotion/Special issue deal.
  • SAWC Checklist

    Meet with Team make sure all components needed at SAWC are in place and will be shipped there including: Extra Copies of the Issue, Extra Sub Cards, Promotional Print ups of the TWC Sub Deal.
  • SAWC SPRING

    Spring SAWC.
    Can we print up extra Subscription order cards for the show, possible promoting the value of the special issue?-All Show bags should be pre stuffed with information on the $1500 special issue and the benefit of subscribing to TWC.
  • Cut off Date for Sub deal

    Cut off date for Subscription deal. After this point all people interested in purchasing a State of the Industry Report will have to pay $1500.
    All subscriptions ordered after this point will not include the Special Issue.
  • Facebook/LinkedIn Discount

    Offer a new subscription promotion of a 5% to 10% Discount to anyone who is a Facebook or LinkedIn Freinds of Today's Wound Clinic.

  • Evaluate the TWC Sub Deal Drive

    Meet with all involved team members including Circulation/Subs, Art, Editorial, Web, Sales and evaluate numbers of new subscribers for TWC.
    Focus on and take away what worked, and what did not work.
