The ANC
The ANC was formed on this day.Nelson Mandela,Walter Sisulu,
and Oliver Tambo formed the ANC youth league. -
Meeting the brits
Yusuf had gone to England at the age of 20. When he arrived in England he took part in a protest march and was thrown in prison. When he was released his father sent him to the royal collage in Scotland. His father sent him there because he didn't want him to get involved with politics. However when he was there he found time to study politics and he was he was always ready to party and have fun! -

Dadoo Qualified as a doctor when he graduated from his collage at the age of 27 and set up a surgery in his home and worked on patients that came in. -
The CPSA
In 1939 Dadoo joined the Communist Party of South Africa(CPSA). Communists' believe that workers aren't the most important people but they keep the country running. -
The ANC Defiance campian
he ANC was formed in 1912 ; in 1951 SAIC meet with the ANC to figure out how they could fight for freedom together. Dadoo and Mandela lead most of the protests.The defiance campaign lasted 6 months and during the many protests and hundreds of people were arrested and fined also during the 6 months Dadoo was imprisoned. -
The death of a HERO
On September 15th 1983 the world lost a great man.Yusuf Dadoo sent a letter for not being able to make it to the last meeting and ended of with
"Forward to Freedom!" Sadly those where his last ever words.
