    A secret diplomatic communication issued from the German foreign office. The US entered the war because this proposed an alliance of Mexico & Germany pitting against America.

    A statement of principles for peace that was to be used for peace negotiations in order to end WW1. The principles were outlined in a speech on war aims and peace terms to the United States Congress by President Wilson.

    Many people died from this very quickly, some people who felt well in the morning became sick by noon, and were dead by nightfall. Those who did not succumb to the disease within the first few days often died of complications from the flu caused by bacteria. The causes of death are still unknown. It killed approximately 20-50 million people worldwide.
