Abandoned due to necessity of construction standards
-
Learned Report Builder in WoodCAD/CAM.
Developed a "report" in WCC that automatically creates a very informative cutlist for Production. -
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
Evaluated each piece of equipment and came to agreement with Production how each would be used.
-
Multiple meetings to agree on standards, and then develop a module in ProMan with IT.
-
-
Just like current systems, Customs are an anomaly that have to be handled differently. We had to develop a numbering system within WCC to handle these one-off products.

This was a frustrating day. Overnight and with no real notification, all customs were changed to part numbers. Over 50 customs were already completed and in the system and had to all be recreated as part numbers. This event wheelspun Engineering for most of a month.

Forced upgrade due to WCC v12
-
Forced upgrade due to WCC upgrade to v12
-
This upgrade completely went south. WCC was down for part of a week, and had to get multiple top-level techs to solve a license dongle issue
-
-
Continuous updates to develop work flow
-
Analyzing the path of every part and FG through the plant and working to make constructions more LEAN.

Renamed to Production Verified 8/3/18
Stamp for Drawing created 8/8/18 -
Our flash report does not count customs, so thought it important to note that above regular product, we have another 106 customs in WCC. WCC is a great tool for rapid response to CUSTOMS.

This was taken care of only in engineering and went very smoothly 6/4/2018
-
Needed a new process for the quantity of product without part numbers
