First day of school for August Pullman
This is the first day of school. This is making Auggie nervous because it's the first time he has to put himself out there in the "real world." At the first day of school, Auggie of course gets looked at and is very shy. This is a big milestone in August's life.

Halloween Sadness
August's favorite holiday is Halloween. This is because he can dress up and become what ever he wants. No one will look at him differantly on Halloween because they won't know it's him. On the day of school where kids were alllowed to wear contumes, everyone was expecting Auggie to wear a differant outfit than he acually did. Then, he heard some guys talking about him, and it made him want to leave school forvever. -
Ex- Friends
Auggie was still so mad at Jack for gossiping but Jack never knew August evan heard what he said. This confused him as to why August didn't talk to him anymore. Summer gave him a hint of why August was so mad, and he finally realized what he had done to hurt Auggie. This was the moment in the book where Jack relized how much of a bad guy he was being and this affects the rest of the book. (Dont know date) -
Jack punched Julian
Jack and August got partnered up for a science-fair project. When Julian found out, he suggested the idea of Jack and him working togeather instead. When the teacher gave permission, Jack declined and Julian said "You don't have to be freinds with that freak if you dont want to be, you know..." Jack knew what he had to do. He punched Julian in the mouth. -
The war
Over break, Jullian had a big party and spread rumors. Julian said Jack pucnched Julian because he had emotional problems and Julian thinks Jack hanging out with Auggie is going to bring him down. This started a war because lots of kids went against Jack and his army (people on his side). The list was 5 people on Jack's side, 16 people on Julian's side, and 7 neutrals. -
The most amazing day at school
On this day of school, Mr. Tushman was giving awards to students. August got a award and managed to also get what he wanted so bad. He wanted a standing novation. Everyone was clapping and it seamed like it didn't matter what Auggie looked like, his heart was blinding everyone from looking at his face. Everyone kept looking at his heart. Than a bunch of kids took a huge picture with Auggie and no one was afraid to touch him. It was probobly a pretty good day.
