    After a two years absence, the Packers came back and won the Chapionship against the Cleveland Browns. It had been two years, after all. He monitered the Packers. He was also able to get the information and knowledge (aka MONITERING) to get the Packers back on their feet again and win the Championship. Plus, he must havebeen a good disturbance handler if he got the Packers back after two years of absence. He saw the crisis of a team that had been gone for a while and then solved it.

    With Vince leading the way, the Packers accumulated a win at the first Super Bowl ever. At the Super Bowl, the Packers won 35-10 against the AFL Kansas City Chiefs.He must have been a very CONTROLLING leader for this to happen. He had to make sure each player was always playing at 110% to make sure they would be ready for such a huge game, If they were not, he needed to control the situation so that the team could be successful.

    In June, 1970, Vince was diagnosed with a deadly case of colan cancer. Ten weeks later, Vince passed away at the age of 57. After his death, he was admitted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He was also honored by having the Super Bowl Trophy named after him. He must have been an acceptional ENTREPRENEUR. He started new training programs for various teams, improving them and making them legendary.
