  • The Early Days

    In 1979 the launch of Activision the first third party game developer that develops software without making consoles or arcades introduction of Pac-man Nintendo's creation of donkey Kong Microsoft's release of its first fight simulator game.

    In 1989 Sega released its 16-bit genesis console in North America which failed to compete against the NES. This made video games leaped to big screens. It made sega unable to find success in japan.
  • The Rise of 3D Gaming

    In 1995 a leap in computer technology the fifth generation of video games ushered in the three dimensional era of gaming. This made gaming with play stations become one of the best console games of all time. Also the dreamcast which was one of the best game consoles ended sega.
  • Modern Age of Gaming

    In 2005 and 2006, Microsofts xbox 360 sonys playstation 3 and Nintendo's wii kicked off the modern age of high definition gaming. Towards the end of the decade and beginning of the next started to spread on social media platforms and I Phones as well.
