    Many people suggested they should ratify the consitution, they did votes wehter or not to ratify the consitution. Congress updated the Articles of Confederation due to defects, Congress also added the Bill of Rights.

    The Louis and Clark would go down in history as the greastest cross of the contienet. The people who accompanyed them on this journey were Sacagawea (A Shoshone Indian), Clarks slave York, and 45 handpicked men. Jefferson told them to find a water route across the establish good relations with Native Americans, and decribe the landscape, plants, and animals they saw.     The Texas Revolution
    The revolution was to keep the Tejas from making thier own rules and constitution and keep them in line. There were many atempts to keep them in line but the only one that was succesful was the Alamo and the Goliad .     The Alamo was a war between the Mexicans and the Texians and Tejanos. The Texians and Tejanos were both fighting against the Mexian army. They would hold out 13 days before being defeated.

In 1849, thousands of people fleed to California to try to get rich. The peak of the gold rush was in 1852. Miners herd gosip that miners found 8 pound nuggets and got rich. Though very few succeded.

    The U.S used the first every nuclear bomb on Hiroshima to try and get the Japanese to surrender. Which they didn't. So three days later the U.S droped another atomic bomb but this time on Nagasaki. The Japanese surrendered and it ended World War II.
