    French and Indian War
    The French and Indian War was the colonies of British America fighting the New France, each side was supported by military units from the parent country and by American Indian allies. The British won the French and Indian war but at a high cost with debt and to help them pay off the debt they placed taxes on the colonist with the stamp act. The war was Tom 1754-1763

    The colonists started protesting, they
    boycotted British goods, some dressed
    as Indians and dumped tea off of a British ship. It started on November 20,1767 and it lead up to the Boston tea party.

    The Boston Massacre, was a confrontation on March 5, 1770 in which British soldiers shot and killed several people while being harassed by a mob in Boston. The event became a really big deal and patriots like Paul Revere And Samuel Adams we’re not happy with it. The Boston Massacre is know as an incident by the brith people.

There were many battles fought and the colonies gained their freedom and became the independent country of the United States. The American Revolutionary War lasted from 1775 until 1783.
