    Subban started his hockey carear in the OHL with the Belleville Bulls from 2005-2008. He totalled 76 points in 56 games. While in the Juniors he went with Canada to the 2009 World Juniors and Canada won the gold.(Pksubban.com)

    P.K. Subban was drafted in 2009 by the Montreal Canadians with the 43rd overall pick. Subban would stay in the AHL for a bit until being called up for the NHL playoffs. Subban would be selected for the AHL allstar game and would win the AHL presidents award for his play that season. P.K. faced problems with fans in the AHL because of his race and fans even threw bananas on the ice. P.K. has faced this his whole life and decides to prove his actions on the ice.(The Hour)

Only the next year P.K. would win honors in the Noris Trophy for best deffenseman in the league and first ever NHL Allstar game.     P.K. has made a commitment with the Montreal Childrens Hospital to donate $10 million over the next 7 years. P.K. felt like he should give back to the community that gave everything to him. He has started raising money as well to give aswell. P.K. has joined the hospitals board and has opened an atrium in his name in the hospital.
