Timeline of My Health

  • 20s

    20s
    I will stay healthy by keeping and maintaning a good lifestyle, this means making good choices and decisions and take preventative care: have a healthy diet, exercise regularly (join a gym near where I am living), not smoking and avoid illegal substances, be resonsible while drinking, and get the most sleep that I can.
    Also I will get medical checkups at least every 2 years and make gynecological exams.
  • 30s

    30s
    I will maintain a healthy lifestyle by keep a healthy diet and watching what I eat because my metabolism with start to slow down. Additionally, I will exercise regularly at a gym or find an activity to keep me active and build muscle. I will also try to get more sleep. I will wear sunscreen to prevent skin cancer. I will also try to reduce stress in my life. I will take care of my sexual and reproductive health, mental and emotional health.
    I will also keep up with my health care.

    40s
    I will watch for chronic pain and take care of stress control, BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol, sexual and reproductive health. I will keep staying active and watch what I eat. I will make sure to watch for changes in my vision and hearing, as well as skin problems. KEEP UP WITH A ROUTINE HEALTH CARE, including dental exams all the way to immunizations and cholesterol screenings.

    Continue to eat healthy with a good nutrition, stay active physically and mentally and maintain a healthy weight. I will also try to join a new activity something that I've always wanted to do. Reduce stress in my daily life. Also I will keep up with my health care routine and start to be screening for new things that could come up

    I will watch for a decline in my physical and mental health, finiancial issues, and dependence on others. I will watch for serious medical conditions such as a heart attach and stroke. I will protect my health, maintain a healthy weight, exercise regularly, eat healthy food and eat ore of it (fruits and veggies, fiber-rich, whole grains, non- low fat dairy products, lean meats and proteins). I will see my health care provider regularly for checkups and get an annual flu vaccine.
