When I was very young I apparently really enjoyed Eric Carle's books. I guess the colorful pictures were pretty to my young brain.
-
The Mitten was possibly my favorite kids book. It had lots of animals, and I always thought the foreshadowing was really cool.
-
This was the most memorable book I read in 1st grade. All I really remembered about it was that it was purple and had kittens. I like kittens.
-
I don't know why, but this book always stuck in my memory. If my memory serves me well, I didn't like the art. It was too scratchy. This book did inspire me to like owls, though.

All through third grade I pretty much only read harry potter. Seriously, I devoured that series through the year.
-
I though this book was okay, which is odd because I never really liked mystery. The book was well written though, so I enjoyed it.

This series was really bad. It was so slow, in the first book I can summarise the plot in one sentence. The characters go on vacation, they find a map in their house, then they get lost in a maze. The only reason I read through the whole series was so that I would get a complete idea of the plot.

This is my favorite book ever. It is a children's novel, but it is smarter than the majority of adult books. There was a fox as well. Foxes are my favorite animal.
-
I really liked this series, mainly because it had action, schools, and owls. I like owls. Owls are cool.
-
This series had spiders and giant bats. Giant bats are pretty cool, especially when they talk and stuff.
-
This series was good, because it had cats and dying. I like cats, and dying is a good plot thingie.
