The mayflower sailed from England to America ´`the new world´` the pilgrims wanted religious and political freedom. The 9th of November the pilgrims arrived to America. They built small houses and they had land to grow vegetables. -

Thanksgiving day
After arrive Anerica the piligrims met a Native Americans and they taught the piligrims how to grow corn beans and pumpkins.
Many inmigrans moved there. -
The first 13 colonies
they arrived to have 13 colonies in American territories. -
War between British army and French
It was the war between the two big colonies. The British won the war and got some of French land. The people start to pay taxes.
The 13 colonies decided to fight the British, because they aren´t agree with it. -
Independence day
The colonies declared independece for Great Britain. The fighting started.The colonies led by George Washington, defeated the British and signed the Treaty of Paris in 1783. -
Expansion
Napoleon sell some land to the Uited Sates for $15 million.
Thomas Jefferson accepted and signed the Louisiana
Purcharsen Agreement. In the 1848 it extended from the Atlantics to the Pacific Ocean. The land and tradition of Native Ameicans were in danger. -

The Confederate army leader surrendered to the Union army leader. It´s the end of the war, but more than 600.000 American are died.The slaves are free and the country is one nation.
