Monica (age 65) retires from Alaska Airlines after being with the company for 30 years. When she retired she reflected on her life. She felt accomplishment and satisfied. She was proud of her hard work and dedication. That set her to have a stable future and retirement where she can now enjoy her life and explore. She went through Erikson's eighth stage and had Integrity.
