    September 22,1776 a patriot Nathan Hale, was an American soldier and a spy for the Continental Army, during the American Revolutionary War. The death of Nathan Hale, he was fighting for his country, being part of a gathering mission in New York but was soon captured but the British, and executed. Hale was hung and his last word were, “ I only regret that I have but one life to give for my country”. Nathan Hale died a hero that fought for his country.

    summer of 1778 between, American forces and British forces. first victory of its kind&improvement,Washington’s army was making.there were many attacks&men even died of heat stroke,extreme summer weather.no clear victor,both sides fought&suffered,same casualties.This battle was mainly caused by Washington wanting to intercept the British for supplies, and in the end it was a draw and the British did finish their march sustaining minor casualties.

The French has formed an alliance with the Americans, the French promised to provide supplies and support to the Americans and gave the US commercial privileges. The privileges were provided to have revenge on the British because of the French defeat in the French and Indian war. In return the US had contributed to support them and continuing fighting until France is ready to have peace .

So they attacked the fort with the Tories,slaughter and captured over 70 people.omen and children were also kidnapped to remote tribal areas or scalped.

After all was consulted at the end,King Charles achieved his North American goals.The Spanish took over West Florida by force and obtained East Florida by cession when the War for Independence ended.

    July 11th, 1779,The British goal was to burn every building from Norwalk.They were so determined because they were annoyed of the fact that there was“privateering”&spying occurring on the Black Harbor. The British took action and took matters into their own hand, excessive raids against Fairfield, and Norwalk, by destroying “rebel property”.extent of destruction, and the downfall of towns opulence.

This battle was against the Americans and the British, Benjamin Lincoln had surrendered about 5,000 of his army to the British. This was one of the biggest lost for the Americans in the Revolutionary War. The battle has soon ended on May 12th,1780, it had lasted for 15 days. By the end of the battle the British was victorious.

    The Battle of Yorktown, also known as the Siege of Yorktown , fought from October 6th -20th,1781. This battle was consider the last major land battles for the American Revolutionary War. It was led by the known , George Washington, and they were successful to defeat the British army. The significance of this battle was, Cornwallis had surrendered to Washington , while being trapped at Yorktown by the French and American forces.

The reason of this treaty was for the United Stated to gain their independence from Britain,for them to become their own country, and to have its own self government. The US didn’t want to be dependable on anyone, they wanted to be independent and do things their way . Now that the war was over the United States is able to live in peace .
