The 36 elected officials observe the country for common problems that could need fixing.
-
Any type of problems that are seen (more school, equal rights, less taxes,) are taken to the meeting to be discussed.
-
The 36 elected decide whether or not the issues brought up are "important" enough to take to the public or are "not as "urgent" and can wait.
-
If the 36 vote to bring the issue to the public, they write up a bill. Once the bill is written, the public has the opportunity to read it and vote for it to be put in action or be discarded.
-
On the ballot you can choose, "I vote for this", "I do not vote for this", and "this needs to be adjusted". Depending on which has the most most votes, that's what the official 36 does until there's a solution.
-
The 36 elected officials make a point to go out in the country and find problems that need solving. These problems can differ from certain stores, more schooling, more jobs, less taxes. .etc.
-
After the officials scoop out problems they meet back at head quarters to discuss their finding. Issues are put into, "important" or "not urgent" pile depending on their voting of raised hands.
-
If an issue is considered, "important" then a bill is written up for that issue, or a funding account is suggested to be opened for that issue. Any ideas surrounding the problem is then brought to the public where they vote.
-
The public's ballot has the options, "Yes, I vote for this", "No, I do not vote for this" and, "Sorta, the bill needs some adjusting.
-
Depending on which option got the most votes, determines the 36 official's actions. This continues cycle happens until they either get more, "yes, I agree" or, "No, I do not agree".
