Crusades
The crusades were basically religious warriors that fought against the christains for the holy land which is in jerusalem. They accomplished very little, but were introduced to many new things like food,spices, and instruments. The black death was a very deadly disease that pressed across europe during the middle ages. It killed up to 1/3 of the europeans population. The black death was so bad that they made a nursery rhyme about it called " Ring around the rosey" which is a common nurserey rhyme, and the disease didn't even have a cure so once you had it youu were allready considered dead. The black death was so widespread all around europe that it became an importance around the world. -

Georgia was the last of the 13 colonies established. It was founded for two reasons one cause england feared spain was expanding northward from their floridia colon. French and indian war
The french and indian war lasted from 1754 to 1763.It was a war between france and england over the control of the ohio river. The war fought for a very long period of time, but in the end it was the treaty of paris in 1763 that ended the whole war. What was so important of the French and Indian war was without the war england wouldn't have much territorial gains in north america. -

Boston massacre
The Boston massacre started out as a little argument between a British troop and a few colonists. The argument got worse as more colonist showed soon a riot broke out and men and women started throwing it got ugly. Soon one of the British troops fired into the crowd cause it was so hard to keep the people under control. In the end 8 ended up dead. The Boston massacre was important cause without it their wouldnt have been campaigns led by speech writers to rouse the ire of the citizenry. -

The war lasted for a year which was October 1835 to April 21, 1836. It was basically a battle between texans and mexicans to see who gets ownership of texas. James marshall discovered gold on january 24, 1848. When this gold was discovered it changed the and state forever. Up to 1,000 of people came to california to strike gold. The population grew by 100,000. The gold rush important cause without it the people wouldn't have known that gold existed and the population wouldn't have grown. -

Lexington and concord
Concord hade a militia supply depot and the british troops wanted to take it before the colonists could get them. So the british troops started marching down to lexington. Paul revere and two others went to go warn the people of lexington. Soon the british troops arrived at lexington they had a battle people died but the british didnt get the supplies so they then left.
Lexington and concord was important cause without that stalling fight the colonists wouldn't have had time to hide the weapons
