While the Poles were getting dominated by the ruler Polar Bear, A Group of penguins planned an escape. That plan was very risky for this group. -

First group of penguins arrived to this new world.
The plan they came up was a very risky one, but these penguins where very smart. They were tired of being pushed and not giving any type of rights from their ruler Polar Bear. They built their boat and sailed away. Many days passed, unfortunately one penguin member died. But eventually they arrived to this unknown world of Ice and Coldness, A place of peace. -
Valentine War
These penguins noticed they weren't alone. Crabs eventually showed up and claimed that this was their land. Penguins declared war. This was the first war in the penguin history. By all the flapper slaps and baby stomps, they victorious won the war. -
First Houses were made
The penguins had no idea how to build homes and it was getting very snowy and hard to see. Digging holes didn't fully protect them., So they thought and thought until they found out how to make their strong shelters . The first made were from 2 couples, and they named them Paynes. -
First Penguinal Election
All these penguins got together and talked, they said to each other that more penguins might be trying to do what they did, and reproducing more penguins. They needed a ruler. So they made the first Penguinal Election, by the only penguins available, they choose their first ruler. Ruler Fluffy was the name. -
Ice War
Ruler from the Poles, Polar Bear noticed many of his penguins are missing, and since he's a very intelligent bear, he knew were they were going. He declared war automatically. Ruler Fluffy accepted it. Unfortunately this war was not victorious. Ruler Polar bear won back 3 of his penguins. Ruler Fluffy was very angry and started thinking revenge. -

Icy Revenge War
Ruler Fluffy did its own revenge, The penguins agreed to fight in this war. They trained their feet and flappers to be as powerful possible. Ruler Fluffy declared war on the poles. Fortunately from this long war Fluffy won and gained 200 penguins. -
The Payne Penguin Government was formed
Ruler Fluffy knew this was going to turn into a chaos soon since seaports are now open to the public, penguins can go to the new world without getting killed. So he got all the penguins together and talked about forming a government. And elect who was going to help him with laws and government decisions. These penguins liked this new step. -
Second Penguinal Elections
Ruler Fluffy decided to hold the Second Penguinal elections. Ruler Fluffy was chosen again as their leader. Their first vice ruler was chosen, who was cousin of Fluffy. -
First rules were made
Ruler Fluffy and Vice Ruler Ace sat down and thought were to start. Ace told Fluffy that they should start in laws. So they wrote down many law ideas and ended up with 3 official rules.
1) The penguin voices are heard and used in the best possible
2) The penguins should obey laws and demands made if not get punished by Ruler Fluffy.
3) The penguins are free to vote and have freedom rights.
