The economy's pivot shifts from CDs and walkmans to wireless iPods. The iPod had changed the music industry to change from using walkmans to being able to drag music files from a computer on to the iPod. The iPod was small, easy to use, and fashionable. This made people so interested to make more inventions like this. More and more people started to invent more things after this invention. The iPod resemble the new technology which separated people of wealth from people who did not have money. -

The completion of the project allowed us to see what kinds of genes were present in the human body. This allowed medicine to be incorporated into technology to help illness. The medical field expanded, allowing new types of study fields to be accessible. The medicine industry boomed because the wealthy were allowed access to this type of treatment. As the wealthy manipulate ways to receive the best care, the poor continue to be hopeless because they would not be able to get the best care. -

Facebook is known to be a political, social, and economic revolution. It changed the way people connected with each other. The communication between people all over the world become connected. It was easier to talk to people from a computer or a phone. People would be able to share experiences, look at other's lives, and chat with other people. The world's connective increased through Facebook. The economy relied on this connectedness to increase profit for businesses. -

Ever since the increase of technology, the dependency of web-based information has multiplied at a phenomenal rate that people come to a standstill without the internet. It gives extensive and personalized information in seconds. It gives everyone the opportunity to know anything at any time. This increased the demand for a smartphone so it could be used anywhere. Everyone went from using the library to owing a laptop. The economy depends on Google's profit to make more successful inventions. -
iPhone (Apple)
This was the smartphone that Google needed to make the amount of money that it did. The iPhone created another revolution. It was the first ever small, pretty phone that had a touchscreen, apps, and made very clear calls. iPhone was another big technological advancement that tested social classes. It was the next big thing that wealthy people were able to buy. Since the iPhone had apps, inventors jumped on board to make different and successful apps. The computer science field boomed. -

Bitcoin is both a digital currency and payment system that is different from other virtual currencies. Other currencies were controlled by central bank while bitcoin had no institution but it was still a safe, fast, and cheap way to make payments. Bitcoin shifted the currency industry towards online commerce. People started to use the web a lot more to do simple things changing the economy. People started to secure their money using bitcoin. It became a way for rich people stored their money. -

Everyone, who could afford it, started using it. Technology went from big and chunky to small, easy to handle, and fashionable. It portrayed a level of wealth that people wanted. -

IBM Watson was one of the first technological devices that proved to smarter than humans. The computer's capabilities were shown through this invention. Watson won jeopardy against two other human contestants. People do not understand that the information a computer has is major due to the data storage available there. This event caused controversy among people because people started to argue about the ethical aspect of advancing technology. But to a computer there is no such thing as ethics. -

These cars are equipped with video cameras, radar sensors and laser range finders that enable them to travel even in busy streets without the control of a driver. Development of driverless cars is a great leap forward in solving one of the major problems of the 21st century- poor transport and population logistics. Sophia imitates human gestures and facial expressions. However, many people are uncomfortable with the idea that there is a robot that has capabilities of both a human and a computer. Inventors have now a broad amount of technology to experiment with. -

There is going to the first generation of robots with capabilities of a human. They will be able to mimic human gesture, voice tone, and produce memories. They will be the new debated topic in politics because they will be able to move and talk with humans freely. This will still be debated as ethical or not and it will be what most people talk about. Liberalism will not be practiced anymore because it will not be necessary for people be recognized as individuals. It will just be the human race that is needed so the concept of individualism and liberalism will slowly fade. As individuals are not needed, there will be a complete system will a limited amount of resources for humans. -

After everyone has accepted AIs into the system and society, AIs will have all the data to be able to run for president. AIs will be integrated into society very well now.
