    Battle of Troy ( End of the Trojan War )

    Battle of Troy ( End of the Trojan War )
    The Trojan War was a war that was fought between the Trojans and the Greeks after Paris from Troy abducted Helena of Sparta. When her husband demanded her to be returned, Paris refused and Menelaus sent Agamenon to go retrieve her. It was a ten-year war and Odysseus joined soon after it started.

    Lotus-Eaters

    Lotus-Eaters
    The lotus-eaters are people who would eat a flower that would keep them satisfied with just the plant. Odysseus sends three of his men, once they reach the island the three men eat the lotus. They don't want to return to Odysseus so he finds them and ties them up.

    Cyclops

    Cyclops
    The Cyclops is someone Odysseus and his men meet after they leave the lotus-eaters. To get away from him, they hide under his sheep but then Odysseus foolishly tells him his name and then the Cyclops asks his father ( Poseidon ) to give him revenge on Odysseus.

    Witch Circe
    The Witch Circe turns Odysseus's men to pigs and to revert them back to men he has to sleep with her. After, she gives him directions to go to Hades to ask Teiresias the blind Theban seer for directions.

    Land of the Dead
    He calls the souls of the dead and meets Teiresias and his mother Anticlea who give him advice. Anticlea tells her son how she died and Teiresias tells him what he has to do after he deals with the suitors at his house.

    Sirens

    Sirens
    They encounter the sirens on their voyage and Odysseus is told to listen to their song but be tied up. For his men, they have to put wax in their ears and not listen to Odysseus's instructions to let him go until they're gone from the sirens.

    Scylla and Charybdis

    Scylla and Charybdis
    After they encounter the sirens they encounter Scylla and Charybdis. Scylla is a monster with twelve legs, large teeth, and attacks leviathans and seamen alike. Charybdis is a type of monster that swallows seamen.

    Helio's Cattle
    Odysseus is told not to kill the cattle but he does. Zeus's wrath is soon upon them and he throws out Odysseus's men to sea.

    Calypso
    Calypso keeps Odysseus on her island for seven years. He sleeps with her and she loves him but the same couldn't be said for him. When she is told to let him go, she is quite mad but reluctantly agrees.

    The Suitors

    The Suitors
    The suitors come to pursue Penelope after they hear that Odysseus went missing. They stay near her house and Penelope tells them that after she is done knitting the cloth she is making she will make a decision on which suitor she will pick. She sneakily takes a piece of it apart each night, though.

    Island of Scheria

    Island of Scheria
    This was the last destination for Odysseus in his 10-year long journey. Here, Poseidon stirs up the ocean and almost drowns Odysseus but he gets saved.

    Odysseus tells the Phaeacians his experience while traveling. He tells them how he met Scylla, Calypso, and all of the other monsters and Gods he meets along the way. He is treated to wine and activities while he is here as well.

    Telemachus's Journey
    Telemachus goes out on an adventure to find out more information on his father. He gets told to do so by Athena and he sets off with a crew and men to go travel around.

    Penelope makes a challenge for the suitors and they have to string a bow and shoot it. Odysseus reveals who he is with this challenge after he successfully strings and shoots it.

    Odysseus's Revenge
    Odysseus takes his revenge on the suitors by killing each of them. He spares the loyal ones and ends up hanging the unfaithful women. For Melanthios, he ends up cutting him up and after that, he is reunited with his wife.

    Suitors Taken to Underworld

    Suitors Taken to Underworld
    Odysseus takes his bow and he starts shooting at the family of the suitors. He shoots Eupithes, Antinoos's father and all of the other family members. The fighting is stopped after Athena comes in and tells them and Zeus to stop the fight.

    Penelope's Test

    Penelope's test is a test that determines if it's actually her husband. The bed that he made is moved and he knows that no one can move it because he made it himself and once he expresses how angry he is she knows it's actually her husband.
