Around a year after the first iPhone, the iPhone 3G came out. The phone's storage was smaller compared to its predecessor, having 3G connectively and a base storage of 8GB. It was 12.3mm thick and weighed 133 grams. The iPhone was priced near 300 dollars. On June 7, 2010, it was discontinued. -
Iphone 4
By the time the iPhone 4 was created, Apple improved a lot. The phone was 9.3mm thick and also had 64GB of storage. It also came with an 8MP camera and Siri. When the iPhone 4 first came out, it was priced at $199 for a 16GB model and $299 for a 32GB model. After the iPhone 5's came out, most places stopped selling the iPhone 4's around 2013. -
Iphone 5
The iPhone 5's came out in gold, silver, and gray. The iPhone 5 c's came out in different colours. You could start filming in slow motion, dual flash, and use touch ID. It also had 1 GB memory and sold for around 600 dollars. -
Iphone 6 and 6 plus
Apple's technology improved a lot around this time. Although, there were several complaints about the phones being easy to bend. It came with a 12MP camera and 2GB of memory. The iPhones had 128GB of storage and sold for more than 600 dollars. It was discontinued in most markets around September of 2016. -
Iphone SE
The iPhone SE has a similar design to the iPhone 8. It has a 4.7inch display, touch ID, and single-lens rear camera. It is cheaper than the iPhone 6, starting at 399 dollars. -
Iphone 7 and 7 plus
A few months after the iPhone SE came out, Apple released the iPhone 7. It is brighter, waterproof, has dual speakers, and instead of a clickable home button, it responds to pressure. Also, the headphone jack was removed and it has 265GB of storage. When the iPhone 7 first came out, it was around 600 dollars. -
Iphone 8 and 8 plus
The iPhone 8 was created with a glass cover on its back. The camera quality improved and it has great filters and ways to edit. It also doesn't have a headphone jack and the battery is good. It had a retail price of $699 for 64GB and $849 for 256GB. The iPhone 8 came in colours like silver, gold, and Gray. -
Iphone X
On the iPhone X, you could take professional photos. It has an extra camera, has the highest pixel density ever on an iPhone, and has portrait mode. They also removed the home button. so you have to use a face ID. The iPhone X cost nearly 1000 dollars at the time but now is worth around 200 dollars. -
Iphone 11
The iPhone 11 upgraded to a dual-lens camera system and has ultra-wide lenses. Some cool things the iPhone 11 has are night mode, fast charging, wireless charging, and dark mode. It comes in three storage options: 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. It comes in several colours and started at almost 1000 dollars. It was one of the most bought and well-known phones.
