America Escapes with a Victory 2
[...]The war had spiraled America into another Great Depression and Harry Truman was put into another predicament. • America Escapes with a Victory 1

America Escapes with a Victory 1
After a long brutal war between America and Japan, America barely escapes with a victory. Because, there was no atomic bomb that was easily accessible to make progress in a quick end to the war. Both sides had casualties in the millions (approximately 30 million for Japan and 17 million for America/Allies) and it was one of the most brutal wars in the world. It was as well the most expensive war in America history; the war cost was around 600 billion dollars (4.020 trillion dollars in 2011)...

Also, the casualty estimate was high (around 93,000 total and 45,000 for America and South South Vietnam). Plus, America wasn’t used to North [...]
